Terms & Conditions – Ipswich Town Parking
These Terms & Conditions apply to all parking bookings and use of the Ipswich Town Parking car park operated by Team AB Services Ltd.
1. Location
Parking is provided at Brook Lawrance House Car Park, Civic Drive, Ipswich, with vehicle access from Portman Road.
2. Parking Sessions
Each parking booking provides one parking session of up to 6 hours for the selected matchday.
Customers must only park during the times stated on their booking. Vehicles remaining beyond the permitted parking period may be subject to further action or charges.
3. Parking Charges
Parking prices are displayed on the website at the time of booking.
Pre-booked single-match parking is charged at the advertised rate per 6-hour parking session.
Where a multi-match or season parking offer is purchased, the applicable price and matches covered will be shown at the time of purchase.
Pay-on-arrival parking may also be available on matchdays, subject to capacity.
4. Bookings
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when making a booking, including vehicle and contact information, is accurate.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
Bookings apply only to the date, match and parking session selected.
5. Availability
All parking is subject to availability. Pre-booking does not guarantee a particular parking space or location within the car park.
6. Arrival and Parking
Drivers must follow all signs and instructions provided by the car park attendant or other authorised staff.
Vehicles must be parked within a designated parking bay and must not obstruct access routes, entrances, exits, disabled spaces or other vehicles.
7. Disabled Parking
Ground-floor disabled parking spaces are available, subject to availability. A valid Blue Badge should be displayed where applicable.
8. Electric Vehicle Charging
Electric vehicle charging facilities are available within the car park, subject to availability and any applicable charging conditions or charges.
A parking booking does not guarantee the availability of an EV charging point.
9. Vehicles and Personal Property
Vehicles and their contents are left in the car park at the owner’s risk.
Team AB Services Ltd does not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or possessions except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should ensure their vehicle is locked and valuables are secured or removed.
10. Car Park Access and Events
Access arrangements and opening times may vary depending on the relevant match or event.
Customers must comply with any temporary traffic management measures or instructions in operation on the day.
11. Misuse of the Car Park
Team AB Services Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or require a vehicle to leave where the driver fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, behaves inappropriately or uses the car park for an unauthorised purpose.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.
13. Changes or Cancellation of Events
Football fixtures and kick-off times may be changed by the football club, league, broadcasters or other relevant authorities. Customers should check the relevant fixture details before travelling.
14. Website and Payments
Payments made through www.ipswichtownparking.co.uk are processed using the payment methods made available through the website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the information entered during the booking process is correct.
